Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnap and murder of a Lagos Businessman, Akinlade, who was reportedly kidnapped and murdered in Ogijo, a border town between Lagos and Ogun State on August 31st, 2012.
Police was able to trace and arrest one of the suspects, Mr. Ogbusor, in Edo State after obtaining the call logs of the deceased wife who was contacted for a N200, 000 ransom.
Mr. Ogbusor revealed the location of other gang members to the police.
According to the report, the suspects confessed and took the policemen to where they killed Akinlade whose body was already decomposing.
