Are you seeing what my eyes are seeing? If you see what I see, then you’d notice that the surgeons messed up with  Ciara’s boobs big time. 

The R&B singer went under the knives in the past for a breast implant. And the result? …Her nipples hanging atop her boobs! Oops!!! I can't even see the nipples of the left breast O!
